  Showroom staff helpful (but then they're selling you things). Excellent choice of mattresses at a good price. So what's the downside? 1) At the showroom we were advised not to order that day as from the next day there would be a 10% discount on their mattresses. Next day I went to order on the internet only to discover that overnight they had INCREASED their prices across the board. Sharp practice? You decide. 2) Delivery was on time but two mattress protectors the wrong size. Tried twice to phone..

  Purchased miracoil mattress at a cost of £149, recieved with small hole in mattress..needed new mattress and accepted £20 refund (which was dissapointing)...this mattress has a 5 yr gaurantee...within 7 months, mattress became ridgy,clangy,springs popped underneath body,became unbearable to sleep on, i am already arthritic..this made it 10 x worse. We decided to phone mattress man and they told us to turn it over!!!??? (the mattress is a no need to turn mattress and UNQUILTED on under side..we..
