  had a look on the mattressman website for a new single mattress for box room and noticed that they did next day delivery if you order before 16:00 hrs. , seeing as it was 15:55 i thought i would ring and see if they would still guarantee next day delivery , i was assured they would be able to guarantee this , the very helpful customer service member took payment over phone and lo and behold at exactly 09:00am the next day a very chirpy chap appeared outside with a new well packaged mattress , he even delivered it into the hallway and actually waited whilst we checked it over ...... must say from first making contact over the phone to actual delivery nothing at all can be faulted ...and the mattress is also of a quality that costs double on the high street.

  Mattressman got the order wrong then told porkies about when it was coming then when it came the bolts for the bedframe are still missing and the fixing system for the slats is still somehwere S of Manchester. They have rejected all attempts at compensation. Not good when they advertise a 2 day service, to be still waiting for it to be sorted out a week later. Mattressman Customer Service ?? First they did not check the carriers knew what happened to my order. Then finally they agreed to uplift..
