  Showroom staff helpful (but then they're selling you things). Excellent choice of mattresses at a good price. So what's the downside? 1) At the showroom we were advised not to order that day as from the next day there would be a 10% discount on their mattresses. Next day I went to order on the internet only to discover that overnight they had INCREASED their prices across the board. Sharp practice? You decide. 2) Delivery was on time but two mattress protectors the wrong size. Tried twice to phone..

  what a show. this company sent me a bed a week late in jan 2011, it developed a fault within a month and it was agreed i would send back. ordered a more expensive alternative frame and only part of it has turned up so nothing to sleep on and will have to wait to get parts - do not buy......
