  Took delivery of a new bed today only to discover the feet and parts to fix the headboard were missing.
  Lengthy delay in getting through to customer service who promise to send missing parts by post.
  Rang shop to see if they could help and discovered complete disinterest in
  problem.
  Sad to say this is the second bed aquired off these buffoons the last time was a headboard the completely wrong colour to the rest of the bed
  Again a delay of one week in getting the issue sorted out.
  I would not reccommend matressman to anyone wishing to buy a bed as the delivery service is compltely useless and the after sales system seriously flawed

  Showroom staff helpful (but then they're selling you things). Excellent choice of mattresses at a good price. So what's the downside? 1) At the showroom we were advised not to order that day as from the next day there would be a 10% discount on their mattresses. Next day I went to order on the internet only to discover that overnight they had INCREASED their prices across the board. Sharp practice? You decide. 2) Delivery was on time but two mattress protectors the wrong size. Tried twice to phone..
