  I am trying desperately to return an item that has been incorrectly delivered and after five phonecalls and a total of 36 minutes on hold at various points I am no closer! IT CANNOT BE THIS HARD TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME? AVOID IF YOU WANT TO GET ON WITH YOUR LIFE!..

  Purchased miracoil mattress at a cost of £149, recieved with small hole in mattress..needed new mattress and accepted £20 refund (which was dissapointing)...this mattress has a 5 yr gaurantee...within 7 months, mattress became ridgy,clangy,springs popped underneath body,became unbearable to sleep on, i am already arthritic..this made it 10 x worse. We decided to phone mattress man and they told us to turn it over!!!??? (the mattress is a no need to turn mattress and UNQUILTED on under side..we..
