  Took delivery of a new bed today only to discover the feet and parts to fix the headboard were missing.
  Lengthy delay in getting through to customer service who promise to send missing parts by post.
  Rang shop to see if they could help and discovered complete disinterest in
  problem.
  Sad to say this is the second bed aquired off these buffoons the last time was a headboard the completely wrong colour to the rest of the bed
  Again a delay of one week in getting the issue sorted out.
  I would not reccommend matressman to anyone wishing to buy a bed as the delivery service is compltely useless and the after sales system seriously flawed

  I ordered a double bed frame to be delivered to Ireland they were very helpful and polite great customer service and very fast delivery plus its also free even to Ireland even the courier man was very polite and helpful. Will definetely be purchasing items from Matressman again and will be recomending to all my friends.P Colbert..
