  I purchased one pine bed and 4 mattresses from this company and was very impressed with the helpful staff and service. Delivery men were great and took the mattresses to the room I wanted. I had a problem with the bed, it was badly damaged when I unpacked it, so I rang and arranged for it to be collected and a replacement delivered - which was delivered by the company and not a courier to ensure it could be checked by them before despatch.
  
  We bought 'seconds' mattresses as they were such good value - only having slight dirty marks or a slight bent cage - these proved to be an excellent choice and we saved a lot of money

  avoid this company like the plague they use the worst courier company on the planet and they have the worst customer service i have ever encountered they are totally unsympathetic when you call them and seem compleatly unwilling to offer any assistance as a result of them messing me about my 2 year old son has had to sleep on the furniture for the last couple of nights and i have lost work days waiting in for delivery. i have there for decided to cancel my order and go to a shop instead, once again avoid this company at all cost
