  I purchased one pine bed and 4 mattresses from this company and was very impressed with the helpful staff and service. Delivery men were great and took the mattresses to the room I wanted. I had a problem with the bed, it was badly damaged when I unpacked it, so I rang and arranged for it to be collected and a replacement delivered - which was delivered by the company and not a courier to ensure it could be checked by them before despatch.
  
  We bought 'seconds' mattresses as they were such good value - only having slight dirty marks or a slight bent cage - these proved to be an excellent choice and we saved a lot of money

  Showroom staff helpful (but then they're selling you things). Excellent choice of mattresses at a good price. So what's the downside? 1) At the showroom we were advised not to order that day as from the next day there would be a 10% discount on their mattresses. Next day I went to order on the internet only to discover that overnight they had INCREASED their prices across the board. Sharp practice? You decide. 2) Delivery was on time but two mattress protectors the wrong size. Tried twice to phone..
