  Took delivery of a new bed today only to discover the feet and parts to fix the headboard were missing.
  Lengthy delay in getting through to customer service who promise to send missing parts by post.
  Rang shop to see if they could help and discovered complete disinterest in
  problem.
  Sad to say this is the second bed aquired off these buffoons the last time was a headboard the completely wrong colour to the rest of the bed
  Again a delay of one week in getting the issue sorted out.
  I would not reccommend matressman to anyone wishing to buy a bed as the delivery service is compltely useless and the after sales system seriously flawed

  I'm quite shocked to see 1 star reviews. I found Matteress Mans service excellent. They price matched the bed, after verifying the quote and beat the price! They gave me an estimated delivery time, however they called me much earlier to arrange a delivery on a day convenient for myself. I was impressed with the speed, and all the operaters i'd spoken to were very plite, i felt they kept me well informed at all satges. I didn't open the bed out the boxes for a few weeks, as the room wasnt ready...
